1. Minutes of the General Body Meeting [GBM] of our society held on 08.01.2012 is available in the "Circulars" Column. 2. A news item captioned "Co-op societies that lack proper documents may lose registration" appeared in Times of India news paper recently. It further carried the name and photograph of our society. The matter was taken up immediately with the O/o Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Lucknow and now it has been clarified that it is "Pradhan Mantri Karyalaya Karamchari Sahakari Awas Sahakari Awas Samiti Ltd" with regn. no. 3725/3726 and not our society, PMO Cooperative Housing Society Ltd with regn. no. 2522. Copy of the news item can be viewed in the "Notice Board" column. This is for the information of all our members. 3. The maintenance circular for the period 01.04.11 to 31.03.12 can be viewed in the "Circulars" column. 4. The Pran Prathishta pooja of the newly renovated temple of our society was held on 11th & 12th June 2011. All leading newspapers covered the programme and a copy of the news clipping appeared in Amar Ujala newspaper can be seen in the "Circulars" column. 5. The unaudited financial accounts of our society for the year 2010-11 and the projected income and expenditure statement for the year 2011-12 can be seen in the "Circulars" Column.

About us

The genesis of the Society emanated from the officers and staff members of the Prime Minister’s Office, who were dreaming of having an own roof over their head in Delhi or nearby NCR by forming a Cooperative Society. Accordingly a Cooperative Society was formed, Prime Minister’s Office Cooperative Housing Society Limited, under the UP Cooperative Societies Act, 1965. The Society started in 1999 and construction work successfully completed in 2001 and Members started residing in their flats by March 2002.

In this site, you can get all the information about the society, location of the society, various development activity being undertaken, which pertains only to the society. The society members comprises of senior IAS, IPS and IFS officers, leading journalists, Doctors and other officers and staff of various departments of Govt. of India and UP State Government. The very purpose of launching this website is to facilitate the Members to keep themselves updated of all the information and developments of the Society; to have access of all requisite forms of the Society; and to enable the Members to access to their individual accounts through a personalized ID and Password.
